Through this festival, we seek to contribute to the conservation and valorization of traditional crafts, whether by raising awareness about its importance or by encouraging its learning and documentation
We also aim to make the festival an opportunity for the exchange of cultures and meetings between specialists in traditional arts and crafts internationally
The festival targets all ages and social groups, especially students, youth, women, experienced professionals, and those of craft and technical skills.
This festival will be organized in cooperation with the relevant public institutions, such as the regional commission for cultural affairs in Gabes, the regional commission for traditional industries in Gabes, the Tunisian Agency for Vocational Training (training centers in Gabes), the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts in Gabes, and civil society groups in Gabes.
